Booking & Cancellation Policy
  • A $100 deposit is required to reserve your outing.
  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

Group Options 

Guided Kayak Inlet Tour

This 2.5 hour guided paddle is a relaxing exploration of the Burrard Inlet and the shoreline around Rocky Point Park. Our guides will educate your group about the local history, environmental features of the Inlet, and the local businesses that share our port. Just a few paddle strokes from our docks, the group will have the opportunity to view our residential harbour seals, eagles and other wildlife. The tour is paddled in double kayaks.


Price per Student: $35.00 

Minimum Number of Participants: 20 

Maximum Number of Participants: 36 

Minimum age: Grade 6+

Available Dates: Weekdays from May to the end of June

Suggested start time: Between 9:00am and 10am or early afternoon.

Stand Up Paddle Board Group Lesson

This 2 hour introduction to Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) will teach your group the fundamentals of Stand Up Paddleboarding. The course will focus on stance/balance, proper paddling techniques and ocean safety.


Price per Student: $41.00 

Minimum Number of Participants: 12 

Maximum Number of Participants: 18

Minimum age: Grade 8+

Available Dates: Specific weekdays from May to the end of June

Suggested start time: Between 9:00am and 10am

Combo Kayak Tour & Sup Lesson

Students are split into two groups. One group will venture out in double kayaks for an Inlet tour with basic kayak instruction, and the other will learn the fundamentals of Stand up Paddleboarding. In the afternoon, the groups will switch activities. All students end up participating in both kayaking and SUP. The program will take approximately 4.5 to 5.5 hours, depending on the length of the lunch break.

What to bring...

Group Leaders:

  • Please print out our liability waiver as well as the acknowledgement of risk form (for minors only) and have them filled out / signed by a parent or guardian for each participant. Both documents are attached to the booking confirmation email.

Participants:

  • Activewear or swimsuit (especially for SUP programs), a change of clothes, and a towel
  • Secure footwear (sandals with heel strap etc.)
  • Non-cotton top (fleece or polypropylene)
  • Water bottle / snacks or lunch for full day activity
  • Dress for the weather, eg. sun hat and sunscreen or rain gear and toque for the wet and chilly forecast.
  • Sunglasses. If you wear prescription glasses we also recommend using a strap (especially for SUP programs).
  • Optional: Waterproof drybag for phone (zip lock bag can be used with caution).
